According to the seasons, the French cuisine is enhanced through fresh quality products. To ensure it, the Chef carefully selects his ingredients from regional suppliers. The sommelier, Jean-Michel Ghilas, is there to sublimate your meal and help you discover his wine list of 300 wines from Burgundy and elsewhere. A real journey through the regional grape varieties and appellations!
